We use USPS to ship most of our items to keep the costs low for you, the customer. However, they occasional have delays and issues out of their control.
If your shipment has not moved in transit for more that 2 business days, please file a missing mail search with USPS. We don't have access to any other information on your shipment besides what is available with your tracking number. Contacting them via phone or via the missing mail search claim is the most effective way of finding your package.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us because of an undeliverable address or failure to pay customs fees. For information on customs fees, please see your country's customs website for details. Click here for UK customs info.
Please review your order and ensure that your address is correct and on file with USPS. If an item is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please contact us at hello@liftingthedream.com right away if you suspect an incorrect address.
