Toe Spacers

Did you know that our shoes cramp our toes' style? Literally? Toe boxes nowadays are so narrow, in fact, that our toes move closer and closer together over time. Wear our Toe Spacers to get your toes back to their natural position!

How does this impact us?

As our toes become more and more cramped, our balance, center of gravity, and our step change. Our bodies have likely made natural adjustments and you probably didn't even notice that your body was compensating for the narrower stance. Consider though that these compensations can show up as an impediment in form for your squat, jump, and even the way that you plant your foot while walking. Proprioception, or your bodies' conscious placement during movement, is important to prevent injuries due to improper form. Restore your toes to a proper splay and support your ankles, knees, hips and your lower back!

Our spacers feature:

• Wear while hitting squats in the gym, or at home watching TV.
• Includes a set of 2, one for each foot.
• Can be adjusted to allow for the big toe or the pinky toe to be free for mobility
• Available in Black, Blue, or Pink.

Important: These will feel a little awkward at first, so it's best to start with small bouts of wearing them. Start with 10-15 minutes and then move up from there as you get more accustomed to them.

Returns/Exchanges

Personalized and Made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.

Undeliverable Items

If an item is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Please check and ensure your address is up to date and can accept packages and boxes. If the item is undeliverable and returned to Lifting the Dream, the buyer will be invoiced for the return shipping fee. If the return shipping is not paid within 5 business days, the item is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Personalized and Made to order items are excluded from all offers of store credit, etc. 

Delays

If your shipment has not moved in transit for more that 2 business days, please file a missing mail search with USPS. We don't have access to any other information on your shipment besides what is available with your tracking number. Contacting them via phone or via the missing mail search claim is the most effective way of finding your package.
